Why do you need a health coach?
The truth is a healthy lifestyle isn’t difficult—it’s about choosing what serves you in a thousand tiny decisions every day. But it’s hard to be consistent when you don’t have a vision and confidence in what you’re working toward. That’s where I come in. You’ll learn how to drown out “miracle” pills and workout noise to focus on what YOU need to consistently follow the plan to get you there. All this while getting the support and accountability to make healthy choices into habits that stick. It’s really as simple as that.

Online or in-person, this is a 12 week session of one on one coaching to map out your life vision. 45 or 60 minute sessions weekly with some flexibility.

Group coaching
Get all the benefits of health coaching while also learning from others! Online or in-person, this is a 4 week session in a small group setting of two to four people. A good way to learn from each other and explore whether health coaching is right for you!
